Pam McFadden, real estate agent and property management consultant, has been involved in real estate since 1976. She hails from Pennsylvania where she and her late husband owned a real estate sales and appraisal company. In 1995, they and their young son, Jake, moved to St. Croix, and Pam continued in the field she loves best–real estate. She earned her St. Croix license, built a successful career here and was lovingly known in the business for years as “Jake’s Mom.” (Until Jake grew up!)
